About Hunsdon Catering
With 20 years in the food, beverage and hospitality industry, we know a thing or two about what makes happy guests and a successful event. Furthermore, thanks to our clients and their events, we find ourselves on a constant food journey, perfecting our dishes and giving them a new twist.
Gilly Severn started Hunsdon Catering in 2009. With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having run Restaurants and Hotels in the local area. After some years out of the industry, she was working a ski season as a Chalet Host which rekindled her passion for mouthwatering food and made her want to return to the catering industry. She decided it was time to start her own catering business! So Hunsdon Catering was born and has grown into a recognised outside catering company within the local area.
Robert Rudge, our Head Chef, joined Hunsdon Catering in 2012. He brings passion, flair and attention to detail and his organisational skills are second to none for outside events. He has diverse culinary skills in Mexican, Italian, Asian and Chinese cookery as well as extensive English cuisine. Rob is ultimately a family man who loves to bake with his daughter, and can be found fishing down at the local lake on his days off.
